CERTIFICATES OF LAWFULNESS
A Lawful Development Certificate will prove to a local authority and local buyers that your project was legal at the point of construction. This could be works which were started on a planning application that lapsed 40 years ago, or if you are looking to use Permitted Development Rights, to extend or add to your home.
